The Royal Work Club hires out its meeting rooms to everyone, members or not. Book by the hour or the day and the room is ready for you: high-speed WiFi, a flipchart, hot drinks and refreshments, and a TV screen with an audio option in the 10-person room.
The club is on the 2nd floor of the Immeuble Arc-en-Ciel, on the corner of Avenue Chardy and Boulevard Lagunaire. Your guests find it easily, and our reception team greets them when they arrive.
For larger meetings, the auditorium seats up to 60. Our catering service can provide breaks, lunches or cocktails on request.

Do I need to be a member to hire a room?
No. Our meeting rooms are open to everyone, members or not. You just need to book.
Can I hire a room for just an hour?
Yes. The 4- and 10-person rooms can be hired by the hour (20,000 and 30,000 FCFA excl. VAT), the half day (50,000 and 70,000 FCFA excl. VAT) or the full day (80,000 and 100,000 FCFA excl. VAT).
What equipment is provided?
High-speed WiFi, a flipchart or whiteboard, pens and notepads, hot drinks and refreshments. The 10-person room also has a TV screen with an audio option, and the auditorium a 70-inch HD screen.
Do you offer catering?
Yes, on request: breakfast and afternoon breaks, lunches and cocktail receptions. We put the package together with you.
