For the past nine years Lincoln has been active in the West African palm industry in Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Ghana and Sierra Leone and is currently an executive director of AIM listed palm oil producer DekelOil. Chatered accountant and former senior manager at Deloitte and Touche where he undertook various chief restructuring officer roles in the property, manufacturing and retail industries.
For the past six years Guy has been executing direct investments into green field projects in West Africa and has held senior corporate finance and business development positions in various companies within the Rina group, a family holding company with interests in agriculture, mining, hotels, real estate, etc. Guy holds an MBA with distinction from Cass Business School.
Originally from Côte d’Ivoire and France, Khan spent over eight years in San Francisco where he notably was one of the Directors of Selavi Inc, an international marketing company promoting premium brands to an affluent, cosmopolitan audience in various cities around the globe. His interest in the luxury industry earned him an MBA in Luxury Brand Management from Paris School of Business, and inspired him to create Swell Attitude, a tailored suits company during his San Francisco years.

Passionate about creating innovative solutions to solve everyday problems, Martina is the first Croatian person to earn the European Citizen of the Year Prize from the European Parliament. TedX speaker and a holder of several regional awards in the Balkans, Martina was groomed in the competitive San Francisco tech scene, where she lived over nine years. Martina worked as a strategist and business developer for several technology companies, and is currently applying her expertise in the West African region, where she currently lives.
